Accessing an immediate phone interpreter
Non-English speakers can use the Translating and Interpreting Service to access immediate phone interpreters or make a booking. Most of the time this will be free to access. There are some factsheets accessible via the website which help explain many of the common questions and are available in a variety of languages.
